John Helman Memorial Scholarship

The recipient must be enrolled in the Police Academy as a Professional Law Enforcement Certificate/Major at Owens Community College. Recipient must be in good standing in the Academy. Preference also will be given to a recipient who demonstrates financial need through the appropriate forms as administered and recommended by the Owens Community College Financial Aid Office.
