Perrysburg Rotary Community Foundation Endowed Scholarship

Recipient(s) shall be a graduating senior attending Penta Career Center; recipient must be enrolled in and graduating from a Penta member school district. Recipient(s) shall have a final high school grade point average of 2.5 or better. Recipient(s) would receive preference for having participation in community service activities during high school. Recipient(s) must have financial need, must complete the FAFSA form and should be enrolled a minimum of 8 credit hours per semester for scholarship consideration. Scholarship is in addition to any other financial aid, grants or scholarships. Recipient(s) shall maintain appropriate grades as determined by Owens Foundation policy and procedure. Recipient(s) shall comply with all Owens Foundation scholarship application requirements and standards and is selected by the Foundation or Financial Aid Office. The scholarship will generally be awarded annually, split equally between Fall and Spring terms, and will generally be awarded to the same recipient(s) for two consecutive school years. The Owens Foundation will report scholarship recipients’ names, programs and contact information annually to the Perrysburg Rotary Service Foundation Board. All recipients shall attend at least one Perrysburg Rotary Club Friday lunch meeting as a guest of the Rotary Club. It shall be the responsibility of the Rotary to contact the recipients and make arrangements for luncheon attendance.
