Janet & Ralph Patchin LegUp Emancipated Foster Youth Scholarship
Preference will be given to a recipient residing in Wood county, second preference to Hancock, Lucas, Ottawa, and Sandusky county residents. Recipients must be students taking coursework for academic credit and counting towards a degree or certificate. Recipients must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in the Fall and Spring Semesters and shall have at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need through the appropriate forms as administered and recommended by the Owens Community College Financial Aid Office.
